Our History
From business owner to Executive Coach, Kathryn Tack has been providing coaching since 1998 to aspiring leaders, CEO’s, executive and managers and their teams at all levels through implementing best practices into their hectic work and personal lives. A proven track-record where executives turn the corner in their development.
The process begins with a custom 360 degree assessment for the organization or individual leader by involving key stakeholders who can help inform the leader around the necessary behaviors that need to change or personal behaviors that need to be developed. A gap analysis is determined, insights related and strategies for proven success.
